Two operation modes: oscilloscope and recorder
There are two modes, "Scope Mode" and "Memory Recorder Mode", to suit the environment and purpose.
Scope Mode
This is an operation mode suitable for measuring high-speed signals and repetitive waveforms.
Like an oscilloscope, the waveform is recorded each time a trigger occurs according to the set time axis setting (T/Div) and number of sampling points.
The measurement range is displayed in scale units (V/Div).
Memory Recorder Mode
This is an operation mode suitable for measuring continuous waveforms over long periods of time.
Like a data logger or recorder, it performs one-shot measurements with predefined measurement conditions, and records input signals by setting the sampling interval and recording time.
The measurement range is displayed relative to the full width (upper and lower limits).
Maximum 200 MS/s, isolated 1000 V input. Up to 7000 V possible with differential probe
High-speed sampling of up to 200 MS/s 14 bits is possible, allowing you to accurately capture switching waveforms of high-speed inverters and rapid noise around power supplies.
In addition, when combined with a large-capacity memory of up to 8 G points, you can record continuously for up to 20 seconds even at high-speed sampling of 200 MS/s.
The 720212 can provide isolated 1000V input when combined with the 700929 (10:1) /702902 (10:1) /701947 (100:1) passive probes.
The 701255 High-Speed 10MS/s 12-Bit Non-Isolated Module or Isolated Module can be combined with the 701905 Conversion Cable and 701977 High-Voltage Differential Probe to measure high voltages up to 7000V.
Action on trigger and GO/NO-GO judgement
The Action on Trigger function automatically performs predefined tasks-such as saving data files, activating a buzzer, or sending notifications-when a trigger condition is met. Additionally, it can perform pass/fail (GO/NO-GO) evaluations based on waveform parameters such as shape or amplitude, and execute actions based on the result.
